After Hurricane Ian battered the state, Florida Electricity and Light CEO claimed 500,000 residents now have power – Florida Power and Light Chief Dave Reuter said early Thursday that power had been reestablished to 500,000 Floridians after Typhoon Ian moved throughout the state.

“We’ve very reestablished capacity to more than 500,000 of our clients,” he told Brian Kilmeade during “Fox and Companions” Thursday.
Reuter said his organization will probably reestablish full power for all Florida Power and Light clients straightaway while as yet remembering the security of laborers and group.

Reuter told Kilmeade his organization has in excess of 20,000 reclamation labor forces arranged across Florida with extra help from teams from north of 30 states.
He added that endeavors to introduce electrical cables underground to forestall future blackouts have been in progress for over 10 years.
A sum of multiple million is assessed to be without power across the state.
